But maybe you're unsure if Bodybuilding is right for you but want to give it a try. Perhaps competing isn't on the agenda but you still want to sculpt yourself in perfect condition like a competitor. Or, you might want to just get in shape, build confidence, and look and feel better too.

All plans come with a two-week FREE Trial Period. You will be set up with a temporary profile in our system. This gives you an opportunity to get to know your coach, test drive our app with a sample workout plan and all it s features, and receive your FREE Consultation. There is no obligation or coaching during this period, but you can join at anytime.

They challenge the status quo with a philosophy that encourages clients to "Question Everything, rather than just Trust the Process." Their experience, philosophy, and passion has not gone unnoticed as USA Physique is one of the fastest growing teams in Bodybuilding today.

Molly is a Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor and a Coach for Team USA Physique. Molly's favorite part about coaching is, "Helping individuals realize they can still enjoy life while reaching their goals. Valerie is a Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor and a Prep Coach for Team USA Physique. Her favorite part about coaching is helping individuals transform their mindset and reach their full potential. Valerie's mission is, "To show women that there is a way to achieve their physique goals without destroying their health and their relationships with self, food, and others."

McKay is a Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor and a Prep Coach for Team USA Physique. She believes every person is worthy of achieving their dreams, regardless of how long or hard it will be, or how crazy other people may deem them. McKay is passionate about "Bridging the gap between who you are & who you want to become, then witnessing your confidence flourish."
At Team USA Physique, we are passionate about providing the highest quality service. Our standards are high.
Prior to becoming a Team USA Physique Coach and working with clients, each coach must go through a rigorous certification processes. All must receive their Tier 1 Nutrition Certification through the National Academy of Metabolic Science.

Are you ready to take your physique to the next level? Do you have what it takes - discipline, focus and determination – to become a champion? Seasoned athlete or newbie, if you are “in it to win it” then the Competition Plan may be right for you. We use a Scientific approach mixed with some good old fashioned bodybuilding practices that have stood the test of time, combined with the 5 Phases of Off-Season and 5 Phases of Prep.
Are you looking to start a physique-transforming journey into Bodybuilding but not sure if its right for you? Maybe competing isn't on the agenda, but you want to look like a competitor. Perhaps you have a special event coming up and you want to look your best. Are maybe you just want to look better and feel better too. Our coaches will provide an instructive workout program and nutrition plan that is easy to follow, but built for success.
Regardless of the plan you choose, communication is a top priority from both coach and client. We have a 24-hour turn around policy Monday through Friday, seven days a week for competitor in contest prep.
