Growing up, Molly did mixed martial arts and 4 years of cheerleading. After years of being too intimidated to lift weights, she finally took the leap and started strength training. In 2015, less than a year later, she entered her first NPC bikini competition receiving first callouts but placing 6 th. The rush of the stage was intoxicating and she knew immediately this was something she wanted to pursue. She got to work immediately after the show researching and studying the sport in order to come back more competitive. The next year, coaching herself to the stage, she competed in the same NPC show but placed 1 st in her class and then winning the Overall Bikini title! She took 2 years off to continue building her physique, pursue coaching, get married, and move from Hawaii back to Idaho.
In 2019 she joined Team USA physique! Under the guidance of Chet and Natalie, she got another 1 st place win at the NPC Idaho cup and then placed 3 rd at her first ever national show in 2020, just two spots away from earning her pro card.
The discipline, drive and empowerment strength training and competing instilled in her was something she wanted everyone to experience. What started out as just wanting to help friends and family feel that same level of confidence turned into becoming a certified fitness trainer
(CFT through ISSA), a nutrition and competition prep coach through NAMS (National Academy of Metabolic Science).
Her favorite part about coaching is helping individuals realize they can still enjoy life while reaching their goals. Teaching moderation, the importance of nutrition, and focusing on building daily habits while transforming your mindset to reach your fullest potential.
Molly currently lives in Idaho with her husband and fur child. She spends her summers hiking, backpacking, and enjoying the outdoors. She loves bowling, tacos, traveling, and quality time with her loved ones.
